Thanks element; it's the first time i acquired and kept this species, element said:Nice chubby little beauties
This one was imported by a local aqua trader/retailer from Germany to Hong Kong.element said:unfortunately i've ony found N. anomola to be available here but i would love to aquire adoketa. where do you get all these wonderful fish from?
Chris(wildcaught!) said:Very nice, but... Now I'm a bit jealous. Not only do you have some of the top apistos, you also have the long sought after Adoketa. I have only seen these species one time and they were not for sale.. to any price.
Truly outstanding fish, how about their aggressive behaviour, is it causing you any problem?

These are indeed beautiful fishes. I raised one from a fry and it stayed with me for about two and a half years.

The honest answer is I don't know as my fish are just being given to me at the auction from a good friend of mine who breeds them.
