Mystery Rasbora, they sold me the wrong species.

Hello all,

I don't know where to turn to, so I figured I would ask here. I recently placed an order of tetra species through a well known online vendor. One of the orders was for 10 Peppermint HY511 Ornate Tetra. What I received instead is what I believe to be 10 of some kind of Rasbora????? I've never kept Rasbora so I don't know what kind they are. An online search brought some close matches but no clinchers. Does anyone here know what they might be? See the attached image. Thank you.

It's not a rasbora. It's a Silvertip Tetra (Hasemania nana).

They are undemanding little tetras, don't grow bigger than 4-5cm and unless you are trying to breed dwarf cichlids in the tank are not going to be any trouble.

Ok, thanks!!! I really thought these were not tetras since they don't have an adipose fin. Thanks so much for helping with the ID.
