Multiple males no females in community tank.

so I got into apistos with my first tank. loved my trio of tripple reds but had a rookie error while doing a water change and lost the trio. I've been on the hunt for a nice affordable source to replace them ever since. I found a local source for a pair of double reds. which is great i'm going to order a pair (my trio was a bit to agressive for a 29 so just doing a pair this time) he also had 4 other species of apistos but male only. I have a 90 gallon tank I was planning on getting 4 rams for. but I got thinking is there any reason 4-5 males of different speicies wouldn't work in a well planted 90 gallon tank? Current stock for the tank includes 2 bolivian rams 2 angels 10 cory cats and a few swordtails.

It really depends on which species (some are more aggressive than others), how similar they are in appearance and how much structure you have in the aquarium. I recommend about 1 square foot of territory for each dwarf cichlid.
