Hi I was wondering if i could have a african butterfly fish with two rams. I know that they hang out in different spots but It wouldn't be hard for the rams to bullie a surface dweller

I see no problem in a community tank. Just realize that African Butterfly fish need a floating type food - live is preferred. I'd recommend small crickets.
