Microgeophagus Ramirezi tank mates

I have a 40 gal breeder tank with 6 Microgeophagus Ramirezi, 10 Neon Tetras and two green Cory's. What are some Apistogrammas that will compliment my setup? I want to try and find some Apistogramma Borellii, or Agassizii. My temp is 80 degrees and I use RO water with PH at 7.0. I am looking for suggestions.

You are setting up a community tank, not a breeding tank. In that case, I think that 6 bottom dwelling cichlids is sufficient for a 36x18"/90x45cm aquarium unless it is extremely densely planted. I would suggest something like Dicrossus filamentosus. They are less bottom-oriented. I'd also add 4 more green corys. These are a schooling fish that do much better in groups of 6 or more.

Tank has lots of plants and driftwood for hiding places.
