Well on entering the fishhouse tonight i got a sneak preview of my pair of Microgeophagus altispinosa spawning, They had dug pits in the sand over the last day or two and spent tonight cleaning the small piece of coconut shell that was purposly left close to the glass as a spawning site, so it was not too much of a suprise that they finally spawned.
These are a new fish for me and i picked them up at the BCA auction on the 13th April.. That means i have owned them for a whole 17 days!!! Not bad eh...
