Macmasteri Gender

Hi all,
I am in Australia and were sold a pair of Apistogramma Macmasteri Super Reds.
I have been told that the pictured fish is a female due to the dorsal fins.
If someone like Mike could confirm this that would be amazing.

Sorry, but the photos are not very good. I will say that I have never seen a female with so much red and blue on the face. It would be helpful to know the size of the fish.
