Hey guys, in a few weeks I will be purchasing some A. sp. winklefleck, and I've began looking through some info on them to make sure I have a nicely setup tank that suits them. I've looked through tom c's site as it was the only place I could really find any info. About all I got was a collection location and they like a pH of 5-7. In addition it seems they are not too territorial, as he makes.mention of keeping a large group together. I'm guessing by looking at the pH values they are not really a blackwater species. Anyone have any info on these little guys for me? A goal for my TDS would be nice. He does make mention of having a low ppm, but I think that's just kind of a given with all Apistogramma sp.

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
