Live foods for apistos

i have sub adult (2"m,1"f) pair of cacatuoides. i would like to know what kinds of live foods they would eat. i cant imagine them eating super small stuff. but im not sure. any suggestions?

they will eat even the small stuff, if you have bbs, they will eat it. Of course MOon has laid out a lot of details in the link above.

I feed bbs to adult apistos and 4" angels too.

i'll get some bbs hatching asap. are white worms any good?
