WELCOME TO THE FORUM
I have just started making a couple of shipments overseas via UPS Worldwide Express. There is no liscense requirement, just an extra customs paper to fill out. The problem is that it is very cost prohibitive. I sent a small (12"x12"x12") box to Singapore and it cost $100 for the shipping. The other thing is that it took 3 days. The fish were fine, but that is more time in the box than I prefer. In a pinch, it is an option though.
