Is someone sneaking around?

I'm new...
I received 3 Apisto Caca triple reds... a male, and supposedly two females.
I am going to attach pics, and wonder if you can help me solve the mystery...
Do I have a sneaker male, and if so, what do I do?

It's so difficult to get photos with the white substrate.
If I have 3 females, I'm going to be upset...

When do they differentiate in size? When does the male get larger?

Right now, these little ones are only a little more than an inch long.

Better pics. Looks like 2F, 1M now that I can see the beginnings of some dorsal extensions. Sorry for the panic I probably caused there
