Well my very young inka50's were doing well in their grow-out tank. One small male all colored up. The other males...there appear to be a few more....are looking a little femalish without the yellow tint..and are similar to the females.
This morning, I found the little guy and his girlfriend have a spawn of about 8 eggs!!!! Pulling them out of the grow-out tank...he is making life tough for all the others.
I had no idea how early the would spawn...apparently rather young. It seems most of fish like to spawn when I am not ready...isn't that the way it goes!!!!
