This is probably one of the color forms of A. sp. Pebas - just like Morado is a color form of Pebas. I cannot say for certain without a good photo of the female. Tom's Morado are super colorful specimens of the form. Are these fish wild? You will never see such color on domestic bred fish. Domestic specimens of Morado lose some color when in an aquarium. Still, if you put the male in strong sun light, I believe that the blue color will appear on the flanks.
