Id please..

Hi everybody. I got this fish at a LFS as a A. Vijeta II but i have'nt found any pics on the Internet that look's like him. So please help me with the ID.

Based on body shape, finnage, & most of the dark markings, I would call it A. macmasteri.

Here are some pics of the female I bought with the male. Could it be another apisto? The don't seem so intrested in eachother. She's only 1,5 inch and he is 3.

Mikael, did you buy your fish from Akvarielagret? I have bought a pair from them as A. viejita II. This pair was identified as A. macmasteri in this forum. You can read the thread http://forum.apistogramma.com/showthread.php?t=2824 about this identification.

Yes Olga, I bought them at Akvarielagret in late december. I think they where the last couple they had. A few weeks later I returned to buy some more fish and looked at the "new" Vijeta they got in and it was then I got suspicius.
A saw your pics and I hope my fish get as beutiful as yours.

I bought them in november, so I guess it is the same batch as yours. The male doubled in size now, and they spawn every 2 weeks ...
