ID help needed please

I'm posting this for someone that needs help getting an ID on this guy.

He lost the female and would like to find another to replace her.

Hi all,
I think it's a "Blue Steel" too, and a very blue one.
Not sure about the rock in the background either, looks very limestone like.
Shame you're in the US, a local garden centre/dept. store has some genuine females, selling at £11 a pair.
