ID for a friend

An acquaintance on another board asked me to post this picture in hopes of an ID, I am positive it's a female A. (cf.?) baenschi, but he asked me to post it anyway. He's going to meet Wolfgang Staeck in some weeks, but he'd like to have that cleared beforehand. @Frank Hättich and @Mike Wise I'm especially hoping for your input. And no, this is the only picture I got.

Yes A. baenschi female, though the red tips of the ventral fins is something I have so far only seen in males.

What I also know: The fish is definitely fully grown and at about 4cm.
