I am a recent fan of Apistogramma's and have been keeping these fish for a few months now. I have had aquariums on and off for many years but never had cichlids other than Discus and Angels.
About 6 months ago I bought a few Balloon Rams (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) and was attracted not only by their look but also by their "personality". It followed that my interest in cichlids grew and I discovered Apistogramma dwarf cichlids.
I look forward to not only increasing my knowledge of how to keep, breed and maintain Apisto's, but also to become a contributor to this forum as well.
