Hi Everyone,
Avid fishkeeper and Apisto fanatic from South Africa.
Been fascinated by apistos ever since i got agassiziis around 3 years ago. Unfortunately (due to my stubbornness) they didnt make it.
After that, I read and learnt as much as possible about them. Lovely lil guys, and totally addicted to them.
I was fortunate enough to be part a group that we imported some very nice, high quality fish from Europe. We, in South Africa, do not get much variety of fish here, just to give some background.
So, I got 1m3f A.agassizii double reds, 1m1f A.Elizabethea, and 1m2f A.Baenschi Inka II.
Setup dedicated 2ft tanks for them, with driftwood, Java ferns, crypts and T.Catappa leaves.
Will start a new thread on these setups soon.
I'm hoping to learn more from all of you guys and girls!
Regards,
Chongkie
