Apistogramma nororientalis .... and does Ivan Mikolji know you are using his image??? Do you have permission to use it on the web?

I receive the picture from a friend... I didn't know that... I will tell him that picture has an owner..!!!

how can I know if the picture belong to someone whae I receive it from someone else ? that is in order to avoid any issue..
