help with macs

hey guys i have 2 females and one male however the male attacks 1 of them and i dont know why any info would be great as he never used to they have ample space and their own territory's the females are fine with each other just him

We really need more information: tank size, lay-out, age/size of fish, etc.

hey just managed to log on been busy i have a 240ltr that has been running now for 1yr 6 months its filled with rain water filtered through peat i have a sand substrate and and lots of wood and rocks as decor the wood is covered in moss and anubias plants i also have several large amazon sword plants that have helped reduce the lighting the macs are about 1inch maby 2 either way fully grown i cant measure accurate as dont like to touch them they are living with a group of pepperd cory cats and a small group of chain loaches all fish were juvies when i bought them and have developed aver time together

if your apistos get fry no one will survive with the tank mates you are keeping.

Well the tank and water appear to be more than adequate. I can't say the same for their tank mates however. As for the aggression, I can't really say why. Perhaps the 'female' being picked on is actually a sneaker male or he just doesn't like this particular fish??
