Help identifying some apistos

These are from a spawn from a pair of apistos that was sold as atahualpa but I'm not positive. Are they really atahualpa and if not, anyone know what they actually are?

They don't look like A. atahuapa to me. A. atahualpa should show a pronounced lateral spot and a row of dorsal spot along the base of the dorsal fine. They resemble a cruzi-like species TomC
