Hi everyone!
Beginner Apisto keeper here, I've had a breeding pair of A. cacatuoides (pics attached) for about 1.5 months now in my 20g tall, along with a school of 11 silvertip tetras and an Amano shrimp. After a week of settling in, both have been doing well, with my female staking out a territory in an upside down shell. Hoping they start breeding soon!
These forums were super useful for me when I was planning out my tank, so I'm excited to finally join and hopefully be able to help other new Apisto keepers.
