Get the ball rolling

Let me get the ball rolling.
Here is my photo of my community 3ft tank, housing mainly apistos, 4 discus, lampeyes, dwarf gouramis, rasboras, and I cant remember the rest in there now..

Tank is about 6 months old since the last rescape.
Substrates: ADA aquasoil africana
CO²: 30bpm*(bubble perminute)
Lights: 144w (9hrs daily, with seperate 3hrs in the morning and 6 hrs in the evening)
