Hello,

My name is Tiago and im writing from Portugal. I´ve been in the apisto world for about 6 months or so and im getting more interested and curious by the day. I hope i can find a lot of nice people in this forum who i can help and can be helped. I dont have a big tank, its a 60cm thing where i have a pair of Apistos Viejita II I will post a topic about it later so you people can give me hints and sugestions.

Hi Tiago,
Welcome, there is a wealth of knowledge on this forum, although it maybe less busy than some others and you may have to wait for a reply.

For starters have a look at the name threads about "Apistos Viejita II" <http://www.apistogramma.com/forum/index.php?threads/apistogramma-viejita.12058/#post-68958>, they are nice fish what-ever their proper name is. If you have some spare time Mike Wise's posts would be worth a look through (there are 6,000 of them so it might be worth searching by topic).

Finally, if you haven't seen them Bob Wiltshires "Dwarf Cichlid" pages are also full of good advice, particularly the "Aquarium care" section <http://www.dwarfcichlid.com/Aquarium_care.php>.
