Is there a way to tell how much weight a floor can hold? I wanted to add an aquarium to a spare bedroom and wondered if this would cause the floor to sag. I live in a fairly old home.

Would need a structural engineer, I guess.

But what size tank are we talking?

That's less than 200 Liters or 2x 150... so you get to an estimated 350kg for the 200 Liter and 600kg if you do the two 150s... Invest in a quick expertise by an engineer. May cost you a bit, but rather safe than sorry.
