Wow. They look like a very nice group of cacatuoides. That large male is especially eye-catching.
The black spots are a bit distracting though. I hope these won't be passed on to their next generation.
They look very much like A. cacatuoides that Julio Melgar, TomC & I collected near Leticia. These were collected from streams entering the Amazon. They are different from specimens that TomC & I recently collected near Estrecho on the Peruvian sided of the Rio Putumayo. This river forms the border between Peru & Colombia (except for the Amazon River access purchased by Colombia from Peru 100 years ago).
