Female borelli sick

my recent acquired borelli female looks sick.
she has this white spot on the middle on one side, and on that same side sometimes I can see white spots in the tail as well.
what it may be?

The pictures are not good enough to tell anything - except that she looks quite old (nuchal hump).

Sorry, she's a goner.
Senility and an internal bacterial infection which are not curable.

I acquired as a pair 1week ago.
Didn't know it was so old.
She is still alive and behaives better, but the white spots are there.
Hope it either gets better or dies painless soon.
