Excuse me, “Igarape Prosperitate" represents what is the point?

The Igarapé Prósperitáte is a small creek that enters the lower Rio Preto, a tributary of the middle Rio Negro in Brazil. It is an area where Römer conducted many habitat studies of Apistogramma in the wild. If you have Römer's atlas, it is locality 4 on figure 4, page 121 (not localtiy 4 in figure 8 as stated on page 169, an editorial error).
