i suspected my female cockatoo infected with dropsy la..dying cannot swim..some times turning around and lying helplessly.....so sad...she is dying!!! any help??
I don't know why your fish is so sick. If it is having trouble swimming, it could be due to a swim bladder condition; but, then again, it could be due to many factors. From what you write, the prognosis is not good. How are the other fish in the tank doing?
haiiiiii......so sad....she died!! now i got a lonely male in the tank! so damn sad! there is onli a male inside and he is doing fine...the colour is intense,he is eating well just......that female.....so sad!!!!!
So sorry to learn of your sick fish. Unfortunately, by the time some fish become visibly ill, it may be too late to save them. If your male doesn't make it, I recommend breaking down the tank, cleaning it thoroughly, and starting over. Whatever is going on, it is contagious.
thats wat happen..too late!! few days before,i saw the male hiding inside the PVC pipe..i thought it was nothing since he is lonely cause the female died few days ago....n now,he also died of the same reason-dropsy!!! so sad... i hope my agassizii will be fine as they are in different tank!! any prevention medicine that i can apply to the aquarium so that it wont happen to my agassizii!!! thanks!
