does my macmasteri have a parasite?

hello everyone, my female mac has a very dipped stomach but doesn't seem to be exhibiting any signs of distress and is eating well. Parameters are fine, nothing has changed recently but i have noticed how concave her stomach has become. I'm very concerned that she has a parasite, should i treat the tank if so with what?

Could be a parasite, but also breeding emaciation. I've seen that a lot in rift lake cichlids. Producing eggs costs a lot of energy and producing one clutch of eggs after the other can make them wither away.
The fact she's in breeding dress looks like this could be an explanation. How often is she spawning?

i have seen her hide away for multiple days maybe 7 or 8 times and twice this month but i have never seen any fry or eggs.

Then maybe something is keeping the eggs from successfully hatching or she is disturbed. But definitely seems to be stressed out from that. Can you move her to another tank? If so I would try and nurse her back to good condition.
