Hi Guys! New to the forum because I've had 3 pairs of apistos for a month now and I figured it would probably be best to speak to some experts.
Here is a pic of an old pair that past away because my PH wasn't too good, 8.0.
I know it's an cacatuoides, but I dunno what to call it.
Then I got three new pairs and the person who sold it to me said two of males are double full red and another male is a triple full red. Now, doesn't full red, mean that the fins are fully red? THen why am I getting brilliant yellow colors on the tips of their fins when they get more mature? Does that still count as full reds? And what's the significance of full reds?
Now, i'm just loving these guys. So beautiful and wild. I'm eager to learn more about them. Thanks for reading.
