Dicrossus filamentosus temperature question

Is 78 too cool for very young Dicrossus filamentosus; they are around 3/4 of an inch. I know some fishes breed during warmer times but i can't find a stable # for Dicrossus filamentosus. Some seem to suggest they are blue rams oriented wanting 82 others are even higher with discus around 84 and a few seem to suggest 78 or 79 is fine.

Actually most SA cichlids breed all year around - but mainly during the wet season when there are more areas that are flooded and more breeding territories are available. As hobbyists we mostly get environmental values during the dry season because that is when most locations are more accessible. 78°F/25.5°C should be fine.
