I have decapsulated 30ml of brine shrimp eggs and everything went smoothly. I am feeding them to newly hatched Microgeophagus ramirezi (German Blue Rams). I know the decap eggs can be dehydrated with a salt solution and kept chilled for a couple of months... however, what I DON'T know is how long the decap eggs can be kept refrigerated if they are NOT soaked in brine.
Since I decapsulated so many eggs, I wanted to keep some for feeding these fry and brine soak the rest, but I do not know how long the eggs will keep without brine.
Anyone know the answer to this?
