Ok, I have just acquired a reverse trio of Crenicichla regani (2males.1female) from a friend recently. I have introduced them into a very spacious tank with fine sand substrate and heavily planted and they haven't really been overly aggressive towards each other. They have been quite good and are eating brine shrimp and taking guppies as well, but I would like to know what other foods are acceptable. I have also read that they breed in very soft acidic water but no reference to how soft and acidic. So, any info would be greatly appreciated. They are C. Regani -Tefe`. thanks
