Do you have pictures of your Apistogramma cf. alacrina (floricho); i won't be purchasing any fishes for about 8 weeks but these are described as extremely peaceful even in a group so that makes them an interest. Also are they pair forming or harem - they seem to branch off the regeni group which tends to be less harem oriented.

A. sp. Floricho isn't an alacrina-complex species. It's also known as A. sp. Balsapuerto or A. sp.. aff. bitaeniata (Cenepa) and belongs to the bitaeniata-complex.
Interesting - my note indicates that Bitaeniata is also relatively peaceful and can be kept in a group; do you know if that is true of this species.

Also I confused it with A sp. Florencia on Tom's website; Tom does not list this fish so i guess a new species or change in name.

Yes it's a new species, discovered last year. I don't know whether they are peaceful or not. Here is a photo made by Albertino Maca Ausber who discovered them:

The fish is listed in our species list, but with its first names.

The additional name A. sp. Floricho showed up after our latest update (February 26, 2023), and will be listed as an other name, together with A. sp. "Balsapuerto", on our next update.

Here is a picture some-one posted a few minutes ago - looks a bit differen than the fish you posted- probably because of more light:

I have about 30 or so in 29gal and they group together nicely. That would be an expensive but beautiful tank idea. I’m really enjoying watching them every day. They’re incredible.
