They might be too young to know the sex for sure, but they are definitely not the same species. The second one is a domestic strain of cacatuoides. I can’t tell on the first one, but it’s not a cac.
Looks like A. borellii "opal" in the first picture and a domestic strain of A. cacatuoides.
While the Borellii is likely a male, the other one might be too young. The colour in the fins is often also present in females. So nothing clear can be said.
