Are you talking about Neolamprologus Brichardi? And you have a 54 liter tank? I'm afraid nothing will get along with them. I think it would be best to keep them by themselves.

I agree with emoore3. Your N. brichardi have claimed the 54 L tank as their territory. It is too small for any other fish. BTW have you ever seen the fangs on a brichardi? They are quite impressive!

Hehe...

The large ones can sure take a chunk out of something :)

Not to hijack this thread (even though it is conclusive that you shouldn't put anything else in with those brics), but while we're talking about the bichardi complex, anyone know a reputable source of N. marunguensis? Any collection locality would be acceptable...as long as it is true N. marunguensis.

You might not be able to keep any other fish with your brics, but once they start breeding they won't stop and you'll have an amazing tank full of brics of all sizes!

@ Cumb Dunt; like Fogelhund said, depends on where you are... I have a breeding F1 pair from Kiku. A few of the online retailers here in the US carry them from time to time...
