Borelli females or Rotpunk ?

[Apisto ranch]

I found these guys in a 20gal shrimp tank. The tank use to house Apisto's but I don't remenber ever having a fry from the Borelli. Also I only had female rotpunk. { I thought } There is 4 of these guys in the tank. I just moved them back into a 20g.

:biggrin: Those are borellii looks to be males Rotponkts don't have the real blue sheen and also the line running from snout to tail is always there till they are mature at least that is what it seems to me I had a few rotpunks show up in my ram/borellii grow out tank when I thought the eggs I was hatching out of rotpunkts died so I dumped them into the grow out and 4 or five mts later there were 6 in there blew me away.LOL

I would say A borelli bleu. Because of their blue shine, lack of the horizontal (dotted) band, lack of yellow, shape and markings.
