Time will tell. Their sexual organs from this angle of the camera suggest male. If you have a female their ovipositor will be thick and point down. The male's organ will look like a sliver and point back to the tail. The male will have longer extensions on his caudal fin, however some female fish have long ones too...
You might have a pair. Fish 1 and 3 look to be the female, the male being the fish in #2, above the sandy bottom. Keep them well fed - blood worms seem to get them to spawn faster.
