Apistogrammoides pucallpaensis harem size

Hey folks, is there a max harem size for Apistogrammoides pucallpaensis in a 20 gal? my lfs is flush with females right now.

Might be mistaken but recently I read in a breeding report tjey are not harem breeders.
If they are in a 20 gallon the same applies to them as does to Apistos: 1m:2f maximum. I'd tend to say only 1:1.

Thanks! Most of the info out there that I can find is mid-90s articles which were a bit more trial and error about them.
