Apistogramma cacatuoides lateral line

Hello apistogramma.com! I'm new here and I got my 2nd pair of apistogramma cacatuoides. I've been in the hobby for around a decade but was never into apistogrammas but now I have the itch lol. Anyways, I was wondering if it's normal for an apistogramma cacatuoides to not have the black lateral line marking go all the way to the tail. Otherwise, he's a healthy big boy, always showing off to the female. Thanks for the help!

Triple Red Cacs are a domestic strain and often highly inbred (nothing really wrong with that). As such a kinds of aberations/sport can appear. If healthy and happy, it's not really a problem.
