Hi,
I brought a pair of Apistogramma Borrelli but only have the male left and the female had something of a seizure and died.
I know he's only young but does anyone have an idea as to whether this is a "opal" or yellow blue. It's just that the LFS didn't know as they weren't marked when they were shipped to them.
Need to know so that I can order a female to be his Girl. He's currently in QT this is not his not him permanent tank.

clearly not opal - as for female - it matters not on the colour morph as long as it is an borelli. The opal are specs on the face and most opal i've seen at least domestic have no yellow.

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
