At first I also thought that it was A. sp. Algodon/Papagei. but after looking at pictures from other sites I am not sure, because they look different color. The male has a lot of blue on the head and body and more yellow on the fins compard to what is on the other photos.blueblue said:A. sp. Algodon/Papagei

"Perpel" and "Purple" are pronounced nearly the same.
A. sp. "Purple" seems to be a local morph of A. sp. "Pebas".
But the fish on the picture looks more close to A. sp. "Papagei" for me, but could also be a similar but different form than the "true" Papagei. Anyway, it's very hard to keep all these similar forms of the complex around Pebas/Papagei separated.
