Looks like an old a. Bitaeniata male.
I dare say it’s from one of the peruvian populations.

It's not bitaeniata but rather A. eremnopyge or the newly discovered species called A. sp. aff. bitaeniata (Cenepa)/A. sp. Balsapuerto. However, in the latter case you would probably know what it is, so it's most likely the former ;)
