Aggasizi

Found a new little shop by me that had these (labeled as) Aggasizi. Owner was not very informed and could not tell me strain. They were rather large a 2-2.5". I assumed at that size they were male. But pretty much colorless. They were in with Salvini so stressed. For $7 I figured I wough take a chance to see what it grew into.

Any way to sex or does it need to settle in more?

Do femal Aggi get that big?

I know I'm not good at apistos, but the tail shape is off for an aggasizi. It should be spade shaped for that species (I think.)

Looks like a male "Blue-Steel".

Definitely not A. agassizii. It's a regani-group species. It could be a Steel-blue or a resticulosa-complex species based on the very narrow lateral band. It just doesn't show enough diagnostic dark markings for a positive ID.
