A. similis...

Hi all,

Since any monthes I've got some A. similis.

They spawned many time, but the eggs didn't hatch.

My water parameter are :

pH : 6.8
KH : 2

The tank is a 40 liters with fine sand, woods and some coconuss...

I must say that they're young too, but they are not too young to have babies (~11 monthes)

What do you think about that?

Your water values are good. Perhaps the male is infertile or the female needs more practice.

Yes, that's what I thought too.

Each time they spawn, the day after, nothing...

We'll see in 15 days... a new spawn will come.

Hi candidi: If i were you, i would try the artificial hatching next time when i found the fish spawn.

I don't like artificial hatching, but if nothing happen... I'll do what you said
