It has been completely revisited and considerably enlarged by descriptions of all species groups/complexes/subcomplexes added within the last decade. This was really a joint effort between TomC, Frank and me. It would not be as comprehensive without Tom - and especially Frank - goading me with questions that made me really think hard about the why's and wherefore's. This effort took over 2 years and included 550+ emails totaling over 700 MB of data. Thanks for everything my friends.
