15 Gallon Apisto Tank

Hi all,

i have a 15 gallon tank with a pair of apistogramma papagei, 8 blur tetras (Boehlkea fredcochui) and 2 small cory catfish. Decor- three liveplants, bogwood and sand as substrate. Just wondering if these are good stocking levels and best way to get the apistos to spawn.

Remove the cories and blue tets, and replace with 1 or 2 pencilfish or other top-swimming species that doesn't prey on apisto fry. A community tank is not a (good) breeding tank.
