Thank you both. I will try to get a stress picture. The fish themselves are approximately a year old and the male photo is at an angle. I need to separate the two as they are very combative.

Stick to bloodworms, mosquito larvae, glassworms, daphnia, mysis, brine shrimp, cyclopeeze (just like baby brine), grindal and white worms.
Walter worms, decaps (decapsutlated brine shrimp), and microworms are for fry.
Black worms are just way too unsafe for most people. They come from sewage...
Your double red looks to me like a "triple red" cacatuoides. They name them that based on the fact that all three fins have red on them (the top-dorsal, tail- caudal and anal fins)
And of course you should get some females, but I don't know your area very well, so this is the place to meet...
