Also can you tell me is my apistogramma cacatuoides and macmasteri are pair? Suppose to be three pairs of macmasteri and 1 pair of apistogramma cacatuoides

You have at least a male, but the other fish looks too immature to sex.

Those are of the same 2 fish in all pictures? if so, you might indeed have a male and a female there.

No suppose to be 3 pairs pics are fish in same tank

Can i breed it with a different cacatuoides? One of my triple red females jumped out. But I have a female to the (cf.) Cacatuoides. So I want to put the (cf) female with triple red male. Also what does cf mean?

I have no idea. I bought the (cf) early this year and the other apistogramma cacatuoides last week

I wouldn't do so.

It has no precisely defined meaning but it is usually used in the sense of "similar but possibly/probably a different species".
